At the beginning of 2006, TASHA Foundation successfully achieved the MATRIX quality standard - with flying colours.

The MATRIX standard is the national quality framework for the delivery of information, advice and guidance. The assessment involved an external assessor meeting with Board members, staff, volunteers, clients and partner agencies.

We are delighted to achieve this award as it affirms that we are delivering needs led services of the highest quality for our clients.

The positive statements by the clients during the assessment are testament to this. Comments included:

"The team at TASHA are absolutely great. You can talk about anything and they make it very easy."

"TASHA has given me a new life, from feeling very depressed to feeling better."

"I now feel part of a family again. TASHA is that family."

The successful achievement of the MATRIX quality standard follows on from our successful reassessment against the Investors in People Quality Standard in 2005.

We are very proud to have been awarded IIP for a further 3 years. After this assessment, the assessor stated,

"TASHA Foundation operates as a highly motivated and cohesive team; there is an exemplary culture of learning and development, where continuous improvement and a search for excellence abound."
