The ability to achieve and sustain new and valuable relationships with the world beyond substance misuse is a key factor in on-going recovery for those with an addiction problem.
Likewise, people with mental health needs require support to access and use local resources, including leisure, training and employment opportunities as they attempt to rebuild confidence and self-esteem in order to move on.
We offer a variety of Aftercare Programmes in Ealing that are designed to meet differing needs and provide opportunities tailored to the individual.
