CHOICES Carer Support Project

1 in 4 people are currently affected by mental health difficulties. If someone you know experiences mental health difficulties it affects their life as well as the lives of their closest friends and family. As a friend or family member you can feel very isolated and confused about what is the best course of action to help support your loved one - be it your partner/spouse, child, parent or friend.

This service is set up to help support friends and family to gain an understanding of mental illness, provide coping strategies and help to sustain caring relationships.

CHOICES is accessible to all residents in the Borough of Hounslow who support/care for someone affected by mental health difficulties.
