Family & Carer Therapy Support Service - Ealing
A person's drug or alcohol misuse can have a big impact on the people close to them. Family members and friends can find their own health and well-being affected and they are often in need of advice and support for themselves.
This service can help a family member, partner or friend to gain control over their own life and also help to sustain caring relationships.
The service is open to all residents in Ealing who are affected by somesone else's drug or alcohol problem.
What the service offers.
- Individual 1:1 support and counselling
- Support Groups - sharing experiences and benefitting from support from others who are in similar situations
- Advocacy
- Complementary therapies
- Outreach services in South Acton, Acton High Street, West Ealing and Southall
- Information on drug and alcohol misuse
- Links to other community based support projects.
Who can access the service?
- Family Members- partner/spouse, parents, children (over 16 years of age)
- Extended family - grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, etc
- Friends
- Anyone who is affected by someone else's substance misuse
When and Where?
Sessions take place at TASHA Foundation Ealing, Unit 14 Mill House, Windmill Place Business Centre, 2-4 Windmill Lane, Hanwell, Middlesex, UB2 4NJ.

We also take referrals from GP's and other professionals.
