TASHA Foundation provides counselling services, family therapy, aftercare programmes, training projects, self-help opportunities and out-of-hours support to individuals affected by substance misuse and/or mental health difficulties.

Counselling Services

We provide counselling services throughout the community in Hounslow and Ealing.

Family Support

We offer support to families, carers and partners of people affected by substance misuse in the borough of Ealing. One to one support for relatives and friends caring for individuals affected by mental health diffculties from the African and Caribbean community is provided in Hounslow. In addition, Carer Support Groups and Self-Help Groups are open to all carers.

Aftercare Programmes 

Structured Aftercare Programmes are run in Ealing for substance misusers who are currently stable. Ealing residents from the BME communities who have experienced mental health difficulties can access local community resources, training and employment services via our Community Development Programme. We also provide projects specifically aimed at Young People.

Carer and Self-Help Groups

 We provide premises for several user led groups including:

  • Anxiety and management
  • Art Groups
  • Women’s group
  • Substance misuse client forum

 We also have several Structured Group Programmes running throughout the year, carer/user led Self-Help Groups and the provision of Complementary Therapies.

Computer Training and Supported Employment

TASHA offer in-house training leading to accredited qualifications, enabling users to access the employment and further education markets. TASHA also offers individual support plans to enable clients to maintain employment.

Out of Hours Service

The Helpline provides out of hours support for people experiencing mental health dificulties. Their family, friends and carers may also use the service.
