Self-Help Groups


We have several user/carer led self-help groups as well as women only groups.

These provide a time to develop coping strategies, self-confidence, the ability to self-support and be with others with similar experiences.

Self Help Groups are available only to individuals who have completed 1:1 support at TASHA Foundation.

Women's Self Help Group

A small, friendly and informal group of women who meet for mutual support. 
Time: 10.00am to 12.00pm, every Thursday.
Place: Brentford.

123 Self Help Group

Group members support each other to achieve a healthier and more independent lifestyle.
Time: 1 to 3pm, every Monday.
Place: Brentford

Carers' Evening Drop-In Group

Information and support.
Time: 6 to 9pm, second and fourth Wednesday of every month.
Place: Ealing
